homemade Philly cheese eggrolls

    Brought these to the party, and they were gone before I could snag one myself.
    Ingredients :
    Make delicious Philly Cheese Egg Rolls with this easy recipe! Thinly sliced steak, sautéed onions, bell peppers, and provolone cheese fill crispy egg roll wrappers for a mouth-watering appetizer. Perfect for parties or casual gatherings.

    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until done. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
    In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed, then sauté the chopped onions and peppers until soft and slightly caramelized. Season with salt and black pepper.. Taking off the heat.
    Drop a wrapper of egg rolls and place a slice of provolone cheese in the center. Add a spoonful of cooked steak and a spoonful of onion and pepper mix over the cheese.

    Fold the sides of the package on the filling, then roll it well, sealing the edges with a little water.
    Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
    Serve hot Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls with your favorite dipping sauce like marinara, cheese sauce or spicy mayo.
