Homemade Neapolitan recipe

    Ingredients
    4 eggs
    200g melted butter
    250g of flour
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    15g unsweetened cocoa powder
    200g caster sugar
    Chocolate ganache
    150g 60% dark baking chocolate
    100 ml hot single cream
    Sugar glaze + chocolate vermicelli
    120 g icing sugar + a little water

    Preparation
    In a bowl, break 4 eggs, add 200 g of sugar and mix
    Then add 200 g of melted butter
    Finally, add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and the 250g of flour.
    Pour 1/3 of the preparation into a bowl, then add the cocoa powder and mix
    Bake the three preparations separately for 15 minutes at 180° (same size of mould)
    Then make the ganache by mixing 150 g of chocolate in pieces with the hot cream.
    Then spread the first cake with a layer of ganache, position the second slice of chocolate cake on top and repeat the operation, ending with the third slice
    Leave to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge
    Make the icing by gradually mixing water with the icing sugar (very little water!! drop by drop) then spread it on top of the cake
    Sprinkle with chocolate vermicelli and leave to cool to then enjoy!!
