Ham and Cheese Croque Cake
Ham and cheese croque cake is an absolutely easy recipe.

Ingredients:
4 slices of white ham
8 slices of sandwich bread
200 g of grated Gruyere cheese
50 cl of semi-skimmed milk
50 g of butter
50 g of flour
Salt
Nutmeg Pepper

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Make a béchamel sauce by adding 150 g of cheese.
To assemble the croque-cake, remove the crusts from the bread and cut the slices so that they fit into the cake mold.
In the bottom of the mold, put a layer of bread, put a layer of ham and add a layer of béchamel.
Repeat the same operation until the mold is full.
Close with a layer of bread.
Add a layer of grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
