Greek cheese bread, I could eat it every day, soooo delicious!

    Ingredients:
    1 pack of dry yeast
    5 tbsp olive oil
    250 g feta cheese
    600g flour
    1 cup of water
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    1 tsp salt
    120 g Kasseri cheese
    some oregano

    1. Simply put the flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl and then mix.

    2. Then add water and oil and knead into a sticky dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size
    3. Now brush a tray with olive oil. Now crumble the cheese and then knead 2/3 of it into the risen dough.

    4. At night, place the dough on the tray and flatten it. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and then oregano. Put in the oven preheated to 200° and bake for about 40 minutes.
