    Garlic Herb Steak Bites & Cajun Mac and Cheese
    Ingredients:
    Garlic Herb Steak Bites:
     1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
     4 cloves garlic, minced
     2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
     1 tbsp lemon juice
     2 tbsp butter
     Salt and pepper, to taste
     1 tsp paprika
    Cajun Mac n Cheese:
     8 oz elbow macaroni
     2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
     1 cup milk
     2 tbsp butter
     1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
     1/2 tsp garlic powder
     Salt, to taste
     Chopped parsley, for garnish

    ✅ Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
    ✅ In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
    ✅ Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant. Remove the skillet from heat, toss the steak bites with fresh parsley and lemon juice, and set aside.
    ✅ Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    ✅ In a separate pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and garlic powder, cooking for about 1 minute.

    ✅ Gradually whisk in the milk, then add the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
    ✅ Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, stirring until fully coated. Adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
    ✅ Serve the garlic herb steak bites alongside the Cajun mac n cheese, garnished with chopped parsley.
