    1 liter of milk
    2 large carrots
    200 g sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp chopped carrots
    Directions:
    Heat the milk over medium heat until it’s hot but not boiling.
    Grate or blend the carrots, then squeeze out the juice.
    Mix the sour cream, eggs, and salt in a bowl.
    Once the milk is hot, slowly pour in the carrot juice.
    As the milk begins to boil, add the sour cream mixture and 1 tbsp of the chopped carrots.

    Continue cooking for about 10 minutes until the milk curdles and the whey separates.

    Prepare a strainer lined with cheesecloth, and pour the mixture into it, allowing the whey to drain.
