Ingredients
Dough for a 26 cm springform pan

350 g flour
120 g fat
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1/2 packet of baking powder
Filling
1 to 1 1/2 jars of apple sauce
to taste 1 pinch of cinnamon and possibly
a few raisins.

First prepare a shortcrust pastry. Then roll out about 1/3 of the dough and cut out with the edge of the springform pan.
Next, lay the larger amount of dough in the greased pan and press down an edge.
Now thicken the apple sauce with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch if necessary and spread it on the dough.
Now cover with the dough. You can also roll out the dough into strips and lay them out on the cake as a lattice.
Bake at medium heat for about 50 minutes. Once cooled, cover with a powdered sugar glaze. The delicious cake is ready!
