Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press biscuit dough onto a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, forming a crust. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.
While the crust bakes, cook breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Remove sausage and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
Add flour to the drippings, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until the gravy thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in black pepper and return the sausage to the skillet.
In a separate skillet, scramble eggs with butter until fully cooked.

Once the biscuit crust is done, spread the sausage gravy evenly over it. Top with scrambled eggs and shredded cheddar cheese. (You can make the eggs however you choose)
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
