    There’s something magical about preparing Christmas meals, isn’t there? When I was growing up, my grandma always made these eggs stuffed with salmon mousse. Every bite reminded me of the laughter shared around the table.
    Ingredients :
    – 6 eggs
    – 100g of smoked salmon
    – 100g of fresh cheese
    – 1 tablespoon of sour cream
    – Juice of half a lemon
    – Fresh dill
    – Salt and pepper.

    1. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Let them cool, then scale them.
    2. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
    3. In a blender, mix yolks, smoked salmon, fresh cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper until you get a smooth mousse.
    4. Fill the egg whites with this mousse.
    5. Decorate with fresh dill stalk.
    6. Serve fresh and enjoy these precious moments!
