Dill Pickle Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
8 ounces softened of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of grated Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup of finely chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup of finely chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 1/2 cups of grated Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup of finely chopped dill pickles
1/2 cup of finely chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese with Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder until smooth.
2. Pat dry chopped pickles and add them to the bowl along with grated Monterey Jack cheese and 2 teaspoons of chopped dill. Mix well.
