Delicious Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Recipe

    Ingredients:
    1 head of cabbage 🥬
    1 lb ground beef 🥩
    1 onion, finely chopped 🧅
    1 cup cooked rice 🍚
    2 tbsp tomato paste 🍅
    1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce 🍅
    1 cup beef broth 🥣
    1 tbsp soy sauce 🍶
    1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
    Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
    2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish

    Prepare the Cabbage:
    Bring a large pot of water to boil. Core the cabbage and carefully peel the leaves, blanching them in hot water for about 2 minutes or until they soften. Set aside to cool. 🍃
    Make the Filling:
    In a large skillet, brown the ground beef 🥩 along with the chopped onion 🧅. Drain excess fat.
    Stir in the cooked rice 🍚, tomato paste 🍅, garlic powder 🧄, soy sauce 🍶, and season with salt & pepper 🧂. Mix well and remove from heat.
    Assemble the Rolls:
    Lay out a cabbage leaf, spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of the leaf. Roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
    Place each stuffed cabbage roll seam side down in a baking dish. Repeat for all the leaves. 🌯
    Make the Sauce:
    In a bowl, combine the tomato sauce 🍅 and beef broth 🥣. Pour the sauce over the stuffed cabbage rolls, covering them completely.
    Cook the Cabbage Rolls:
    Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour. 🕒
