Delicious mini quiche

    Dough ingredients
    300 g flour equivalent to 3 cups of tea
    150 g butter equivalent to 4 tablespoons full
    1 tablespoon salt not full
    40 g water equivalent to 2 tablespoons K
    Filling ingredients
    Chicken breast cubes
    Finely chopped onion
    Green squash cubes
    Canned corn
    Black olives
    Salt and black pepper
    Hot pepper and chicken spices
    Garlic powder
    Olive oil

    4 eggs
    A cup of cream equivalent to 150 ml
    Salt and garlic powder
    Parsley and black pepper
    Grated cheese
    We use the butter with the dry ingredients until we get a sandy mixture and combine it with water and wrap the dough in plastic and let it rest.

    Meanwhile, we fry the onions and squash well, then add the chicken, then the spices, then the olives and corn and let everything cool completely.
    We roll out the dough and cut circles larger than the molds and put them in individual quiche molds. We remove the excess from the edges and pierce them with a brush. Mix the cream, egg, cheese, salt, garlic powder and spices and pour them over the filling that has cooled. We fill the quiche and put them in to cook. Enjoy!
