Ingredients:
1 water glass (200 ml) size water
125 g softened butter or margarine, at room temperature
1 egg
1 tea glass of semolina (100 ml)
1 tablespoon tahini
1/2 water glass finely ground walnuts
1 packet of vanilla (8g)
1 packet of baking powder (10g)
1.5 cups of flour
For the Sherbet:
2 cups of sugar
2 glasses of water
1 slice of lemon

Prepare the Sherbet:
In a suitable pot, combine sugar and water. Mix well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, add a slice of lemon and continue boiling for 7 minutes until slightly thickened. Allow the sherbet to cool completely.
Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, egg, tahini, finely ground walnuts, semolina, vanilla, baking powder, and flour.
Knead the ingredients together until you form a soft dough.
Shape and Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Take walnut-sized pieces of dough and shape them as desired, making slight indentations with a knife.
Arrange the shaped desserts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Assemble:
Remove the hot desserts from the oven and pour the cooled sherbet over them while they are still warm.
Serve:
Allow the sherbet dessert to absorb the syrup for a few minutes before serving.
