Crockpot Ranch Chicken and Potatoes

    Ingredients:

    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    6 to 8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and chopped into chunks
    1 packet of ranch dressing mix (or about 2-3 tablespoons of homemade ranch seasoning)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

    Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
    In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and ranch dressing mix. Mix until well combined.
    Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
    Add the peeled and chopped potatoes on top of the chicken.
    Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
    If you’d like to add some extra flavor, season with a bit of salt and pepper.
