    Chicken breast
    Roasted cornflakes
    Flour
    Beaten egg
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Ketchup
    Pitted black olives

    Cut the chicken breast into strips which we season with salt, pepper and lightly flour.
    Then, we pass these strips in the beaten egg then in the toasted cornflakes, which we crush a little with our hands.
    We fry them in extra virgin olive oil, very hot, until golden brown, take them out and let them rest on absorbent paper or paper towels.
