    Creamy Shrimp and Orzo Skillet 

    Ingredients:

    1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 cup orzo pasta
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Cook orzo according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
    Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
    Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
    Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
    Stir in cooked orzo, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
    Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
    Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
