1 puff pastry
200 g smoked salmon
2 tablespoons of Boursin with garlic and fine herbs
3 eggs
20 cl of liquid cream
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Salt, pepper
Instructionsย :
Preparation of the dough: Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC. Spread the puff pastry in a tart mold and prick the bottom with a fork. Cook the dough blind for 10 minutes.
Preparation of the filling: Cut the smoked salmon into pieces. Mix the eggs, liquid cream and Boursin in a salad bowl. Season with chives, salt and pepper.
