    Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches)

    4 slices sandwich bread (or sourdough for extra flavor)
    1 ripe avocado
    100g grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda)
    2 tablespoons softened butter
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    Salt and pepper to taste Optional
