Ingredients:
1 prepared graham cracker crust
2 packages of softened cream cheese (8 ounces each)
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set.
5. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla for topping.
6. Spread topping over the slightly cooled pie.
7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes at 450°F.
8. Cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
