Ingredients:
2 cups of white chocolate chips
1 cup of dried cranberries
1 cup pecans, chopped into large pieces
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
Instructions:
In a microwave-friendly container, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each intervals until they are completely melted and smooth.
Add chopped pecans, dried cranberries, vanilla extract and salt (if using) until everything is well coated with melted white chocolate.
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray, forming desired size clusters.
Let the clusters sit at room temperature for approximately 1 hour, or refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes to speed up the process.
Once they’re firm, serve them and enjoy them. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
