    Ingredients:
    – 1 cup cottage cheese
    – 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
    – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – Optional: spices like paprika, Italian seasoning, or chili powder for extra flavor

    ### Instructions:
    1. Preheat the Oven:
    – Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Mix the Ingredients:
    – In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
    3. Form the Chips:
    – Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly to form chip shapes. Leave some space between each mound as they will spread a little.
    4. Bake:
    – Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
    5. Cool and Serve:
    – Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. They will become crispier as they cool.
