Mode of preparation⠀
In an electric mixer, beat the eggs, butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the flour and milk interspersed, beating to mix. Add the baking soda and mix delicately with a spoon. .
Pour the dough into a greased and floured 25cm x 35cm mold and place in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden and lightly browned. Remove from the oven, let it cool, unmold and cut in half lengthwise. ⠀
Mix the filling ingredients and fill the cake. Sprinkle the cake with the mixed frosting ingredients, cut into pieces and serve immediately.
