CHICKEN SPINACH AND MUSHROOM LOW CARB OVEN DISH
1. Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables
Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Next, take a 9×13-inch baking dish and lay out the 6 thin-sliced chicken breasts in a single layer. Make sure the chicken is evenly spread across the dish to ensure uniform cooking.
Top the chicken with the fresh baby spinach and sliced mushrooms. The spinach will wilt as it bakes, creating a flavorful bed for the chicken, while the mushrooms will release their moisture, adding extra depth to the dish.
Sprinkle pepper and Herb and Garlic Seasoning over the top of the vegetables and chicken to add a boost of flavor.
