    Chicken nuggets: quick and super crispy!
    INGREDIENTS
    2-3 chicken breasts
    45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
    salt and pepper
    65 g (½ cup) corn flour

    METHOD
    Preheat oven to 190°C/374°F.
    Cut chicken into large cubes. Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper and cornflour. Make sure to coat each piece evenly with cornflour.
    Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes.
