Toast the Crostini:
Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Toast for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Caramelize the Peaches:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add peach slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.
