Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the heavy whipping cream to the bowl and continue beating until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
3. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
4. Gently fold in the mixed berries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the creamy mixture.
5. Add the mini marshmallows and carefully stir until combined.
6. Chill the cheesecake salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
