Ingredients
6 dill pickles
Brie cheese
Filo pastry
Eggs
Bread crumbs

Directions
1. Use an apple corer to core the seeds out of the pickles.
2. Cut the Brie into strips that will fit inside the dill pickles. Once the pickles are cored, slip a slice of Brie into the center of each one.
3. Wrap each pickle in a sheet of Filo pastry.
4. In a bowl, whisk 1 to 2 eggs. Roll each Filo-wrapped pickle in the egg and then roll it in the bread crumbs.

5. Fry the rolled pickles in the oil until crisp on the outside. Serve with a dipping sauce.
