    Ingredients:

    4-5 pork chops

    1 sliced onion

    1 sliced tomato

    1/3 cup tomato sauce

1/4 cup brown vinegar (malt vinegar)

    1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

    1 cup beef stock

    1 tablespoon brown sugar

    Optional: crushed garlic, chili flakes

    Instructions:

Layer pork chops, sliced onion, and tomato in a slow cooker. Optionally, brown the chops beforehand for enhanced flavor.

In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown vinegar, beef stock, brown sugar, and optional crushed garlic and chili flakes.

Pour the sauce mixture over the chops, onion, and tomato in the slow cooker.

Cook on high for about 3 hours or until chops are tender (cooking times may vary).

About 30 minutes before serving, thicken the sauce by stirring in a cornstarch slurry (cornstarch dissolved in cold water).

Serve the casserole chops hot and savor the rich, heartwarming flavors—an experience that transcends mere sustenance, paying tribute to a mother’s love and a treasury of family memories.
