Cake Mix Cookies

1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, sprinkles

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until thoroughly mixed and a dough forms.

If you’re adding any optional mix-ins, fold them into the dough at this stage.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
