Cabbage Pancake

Step 1: Prepare the Cabbage
Shred the cabbage finely and place it in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
Step 2: Make the Batter
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, water, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
Step 3: Mix the Cabbage and Batter
Squeeze out any excess moisture from the cabbage and add it to the batter. Mix everything together until the cabbage is evenly coated.
Step 4: Cook the Pancakes
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spoon the cabbage mixture into the pan, flattening each portion into a round pancake shape. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Step 5: Serve
Once cooked, transfer the pancakes to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as-is!
