Boston Cream Pie Cheesecake

For the Chocolate Ganache:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Prepare the Oven and Pan: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan to prevent sticking.
Make the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Set it aside.

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Gently stir in the heavy cream until well mixed.
Bake the Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Once baked, allow the cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature.
