Place the slices in a greased pan and let rise again for 30 to 45 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar.
Sprinkle the apple rolls with cinnamon sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection) for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the finished apple rolls from the oven and let them cool.
