    600g ground beef
    100ml dry red wine
    300g crushed tomatoes
    40g butter
    1 leek
    2 tbsp flour
    500ml milk
    80g Parmesan cheese
    300g pasta
    150g mozzarella
    Vegetable oil
    3 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp sugar
    Pinch of nutmeg

    Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
