Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coffee Mixture:
    • In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee, coffee liqueur (if using), and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
    • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
