Banana, nut and chocolate chip cake

    Ingredients :

    2 ripe bananas, diced
    100 g crushed nuts
    170 g flour
    80 g sugar
    100 g melted butter
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon of yeast
    -100 g chocolate chips

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    Melt the butter in the microwave.
    Using an electric mixer, work the melted butter with the sugar until you obtain a smooth dough.
    Add the eggs one by one, then add the sifted flour and the yeast.
    Add the diced bananas and finally the crushed nuts and chocolate chips. Mix well.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Serve plain or pour melted chocolate on top before eating!
