    Preparation
    Mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs and spices. Form 8 balls from the mixture and place them in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Mix the tomato paste, cream, sour cream and spices to form a sauce and pour over the meatballs. Cut the Gouda slices into quarters and place them on the meatballs, then put them in the oven. After 20-25 minutes, the dish is ready.
