Baked Meat and Mushroom Terrine with Walnut Cream Cheese Topping
Step 6: Prepare the Walnut Cream Cheese Topping 11. While the terrine bakes, prepare the walnut topping. In a bowl, combine the chopped walnuts with 250g and 150g of quark soft cheese and 100ml of 33% cream. Mix well until you achieve a creamy, spreadable consistency.
