Baked eggplant sticks

    Ingredients:
    2 Aubergines
    Salt and pepper
    Milk 200g
    Water 200g
    Olive oil
    Sweet paprika
    1 Clove of garlic
    Grated parmesan 50g
    1 tablespoon corn starch

    Preparation:
    1. Cut the aubergines and place them in a bowl with salt, milk and water. Let them rest for 20 minutes.
    2. Then season with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, parmesan and starch.
    3. Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
    4. Serve with the sauce.
