Baked Calamari and Shrimp Gratinated

    A simple and tasty second course of fish, also perfect as an appetizer!

    Ingredients:
    Squid: 300 gr
    Prawns: 220 gr
    Red pepper: 150
    gr
    Courgettes: 150 gr Breadcrumbs: 100
    gr Onion: 80 gr
    Lemon zest: 1/2
    Thyme: to taste
    Marjoram: to taste
    Dried oregano: to taste
    Paprika: to taste
    Salt and black pepper: to taste
    Extra virgin olive oil: to taste

    Method:
    Clean the fish: Cut the squid into rings and clean the prawns (removing the head and intestines).
    Prepare the breading: In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, marjoram, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, lemon zest and pepper. Add the chopped courgettes, pepper and onion.
    Combine the ingredients: Mix well and add the squid and prawns, then add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
    Cook: Spread the mixture on a baking tray and cook in a static oven at 190 °C for 15 minutes, until golden.
