    12 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded
    1 cup cream cheese, softened
    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    12 slices of bacon, halved

    Prepare the Jalapeños: Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Set aside.
    Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese until well mixed.
    Stuff the Jalapeños: Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.

    Wrap with Bacon: Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
    Bake: Arrange the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
    Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve warm.
