Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
150 g of fresh cheese with herbs
12 slices of bacon
1 egg
Grated cheese

Directions:
Flatten the puff pastry and spread the cream cheese all over.
Then cut into strips and add the bacon.
Roll each strip to shape the packets.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
