Bacon Ranch Potato Salad

Ingredients:
– 3 pounds red potatoes, peeled and cubed
– 2 cups ranch dressing
– 1 cup chopped green onions
– 8 ounces shredded cheese
– 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 teaspoon of pepper
Directions:
1. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until they are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl with the dressing mixture. Stir until the potatoes are coated evenly.
