Apple Crisp Muffin Bites

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 can apple pie filling
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
12 tablespoons softened butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin (24 cups) or line with paper liners.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar.
3. Add the softened butter to the dry mixture. Use a fork or your fingers to blend until crumbly.
5. Spoon a small amount of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup, pressing gently to form a “cup” layer.
6. Open the can of apple pie filling. Spoon a portion of the apple filling (1 tablespoon or so) over the cup. Top the filling with 1 teaspoon or so of the crumb mixture.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the muffin bites are cooked through.
Allow the muffin bites to cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin.
Serve warm as delightful Apple Crisp Muffin Bites, perfect for snacking or dessert.
