    Soft Sugar For sprinkling
    Directions
    Prepare the Apple Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced apples, 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, and honey. Cook for about 5 minutes until the apples soften and become fragrant. Set aside and let the filling cool.
    Prepare the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, and 60 grams of sugar until smooth. Add the cornstarch, oil, and yogurt, mixing well to combine.
    Add Dry Ingredients:
Gradually sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until a soft dough forms, but be careful not to overwork it.
    Assemble the Pastries
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into squares or circles. Place a spoonful of the apple filling in the center of each piece. Fold the edges over to seal the filling inside.
