Apple Cheesecake
To enjoy a delicious apple cheesecake, the first thing we must do is beat the eggs with 100 gr. of sugar, the cream and the yogurt.
Next, we add the milk, the cheese and the flour, and we beat again until all the ingredients are integrated.
Pour the mixture into a mould lightly greased with a little butter. Set aside.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Pour a little lemon juice over them to prevent them from oxidising.
Spread the apple over the dough and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar. Then, put the cake in the oven, preheated to 180º C, for half an hour.
All that remains is to wait for it to cool before removing it from the mould. Delicious!
