Apple almond tree
– 200g ground almonds
– 150g sugar
– 3 eggs
– 100g melted butter
– 1 tablespoon flour
– 2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
– Icing sugar, for dusting
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the almond powder, sugar, eggs, melted butter and flour until you obtain a smooth dough.

3. Pour half of the batter into a previously buttered mold.
4. Arrange the apple slices on the batter.
5. Cover with the remaining batter.
6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden.
7. Let cool before sprinkling with sugar
– Add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter for extra flavor.
– Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert
