Almond, Banana, Avocado and Honey Smoothie

    ★Ingredients

    1 ripe banana

    1 tablespoon honey

    1/2 ripe avocado

    1 cup almond milk

    1/4 cup raw almonds (or 2 tablespoons almond butter)

    Ice cubes (optional)

    ★Instructions

    Add the banana, avocado, almond milk, and honey to a blender.

    If using raw almonds, blend them first to make a smooth paste, or add almond butter directly.

    Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

    Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker texture.
