Greek Chicken Meatballs with Lemon Orzo & Feta Cream

    Greek Escape: Chicken Meatballs, Lemon Orzo and Creamy Feta Sauce
    Ingredients :
    500 g of minced chicken meat
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
    250g orzo
    Zest and juice of 1 lemon
    120 g crumbled feta
    120 g of Greek yogurt
    A few green olives for garnish
    Salt, pepper
    Dill and fresh mint for decoration

    Preparation :
    Prepare the meatballs:
    Mix ground chicken, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Make meatballs.
    Cook the meatballs:
    In a hot pan with a drizzle of oil, cook the chicken meatballs until they are golden brown and cooked through.
    Prepare the orzo:
    Cook the orzo in boiling salted water, then drain and add the lemon zest and juice. Toss to coat the orzo with lemony flavor.
    Prepare the feta sauce:
    Mix the feta with the Greek yogurt to make a creamy sauce.
    Training:
    Serve the meatballs over the lemony orzo, drizzled with feta sauce, garnished with a few olives, dill and mint.
