Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed Brookies
Ingredients:
– 1 (10oz) bag of brownie mix (plus the oil and egg to make the batter)
– 1 (6 pack) Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (12 cups total)
– 1 (16oz) package of refrigerated cookie dough

1. Start by preheating your oven according to the instructions on your brownie mix package.
2. While the oven is heating up, prepare your brownie batter by mixing the brownie mix with the necessary oil and egg.
3. Take a baking dish and spread a layer of the cookie dough evenly across the bottom.
4. Pour the prepared brownie batter over the cookie dough, spreading it out to cover the entire surface.

5. Gently press the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups into the brownie batter, spacing them evenly.
6. Place the dish in the oven and bake following the time and temperature guidelines on the brownie mix package, until a toothpick inserted into the brownie layer comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
