Coffeecake without streusel is like summer without sunshine. If your baking could use an upgrade, the answer is to stuff you coffee cake with streusel. The sweet, cinnamon-y, crumbly filling adds so much to a simple recipe like coffee cake, and will have all of your guests asking for the recipe.
If you don’t have a bundt pan, you can bake this in a 9×13” cake pan instead, and it will still be delicious, but for those who have a bundt pan in the back of a cabinet somewhere, dust it off for this recipe. The added structure of the bundt will make this very casual cake look a whole lot fancier. Serve it with, well, coffee (or tea, or a glass of milk…)!
